RecapKitTerms of Use
By using RecapKit, users agree to use the service responsibly and only process content they are authorized to use.
Permitted use
RecapKit may be used for legitimate video editing, recap creation, narration, subtitles, translation, and related creator workflows. Users are responsible for their source content, prompts, generated output, and compliance with applicable laws and platform rules.
Accounts and access
Google sign-in is required for protected features. Users must not share sessions, attempt to bypass package entitlement, abuse referral or promo systems, interfere with other jobs, or access administrative and internal worker routes without authorization.
AI services and BYOK
Where a feature uses a user-managed Gemini API key, the user is responsible for that key, its quota, provider terms, and related charges. Generated results can contain errors and should be reviewed before publication.
Plans and payments
Plan names, prices, duration, usage limits, and cloud eligibility are shown in the app and may be updated. Payment slips are subject to verification. Fraudulent, duplicate, altered, or unverifiable submissions may be rejected.
Cloud jobs and downloads
Cloud processing is available only to eligible packages and supported features. Queue time and completion time vary. Users should download completed output promptly because temporary files may be removed under retention and cleanup rules.
Availability
RecapKit is provided on an as-available basis. Network providers, browser capabilities, third-party AI services, quota limits, and maintenance can affect operation. No job is considered completed unless a real output file is produced.
